  • What areas does Stately Suds service?
    Currently we are only servicing San Francisco, the peninsula and south bay regions, but hope to expand soon!
  • How do I become a client?
    If you are interested in becoming a client there is a process. First, please fill out the inquiry form and an account manager will reach back out to you. If our services are a good fit for your home you will be invited to become a member of Stately Suds. Once you become a member then we get you and your home onboarded, select and train your team, get you on the schedule and start our work together.
  • How do you know you are hiring honest people?
    All Stately Suds employees are thoroughly vetted right from the beginning! * We try to hire all of our employees through personal referral, ensuring a trusted source * We call several references and back channel identity * Run a background and identity check * We do a thorough training on discretion, privacy and professionalism * Everyone signs an NDA to protect our clients
  • Do you carry insurance?
    Yes! We carry the mandatory insurance required by California and have a general liability policy and also have a workers compensation plan for all of our employees. Yes, all of our workers are employees!
  • Do you offer one time cleaning services?
    We do not offer one time cleaning services unless it is a special project or event. Our housekeeping model is defined by consistency and standards. To maintain a high standard and consistent level of service that requires predictable scheduling and manpower. But we're pretty sure if you try us once, you'll be back!
  • How do I become a member?
    If you are accepted as a member you will receive an invitation to join along with a questionnaire to kick off the onboarding process. It is a $200 fee that covers the intake and setup and insures your invested in the process!
  • Why aren't any of your service fees on the site?
    Every home and every client's needs are different, so there is no standardized pricing for any of the services on our website. We provide every client with a personalized estimate and approach to their housekeeping needs.
